These terms are an agreement between you and YOUR LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY NAME ("Numbrief", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using https://numbrief.com/ you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Numbrief connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 properties with read-only access and builds reports from that data when you run them. We may add, change or retire report templates over time.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Connecting Google
You may connect only Google accounts and properties you are authorised to access. You can disconnect at any time from the console. How we handle Google data is described in our privacy policy. Your use of Google's products remains subject to Google's own terms.
4. Free trial
New users may take one free trial of 7 days. During the trial, reports open as a preview. One trial is available per Numbrief account and per Google account. No card is required and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
5. Plans and payment
- Each plan unlocks its reports for one property (or one Search Console and GA4 pair) for 30 days from the time of payment.
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page.
- Plans do not renew automatically. If you renew while a plan is active, the new period is added after the current end date.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We do not store card details.
- We may change prices for future purchases; a period you have already paid for is not affected.
6. Refunds
Because access starts immediately and a free trial is available beforehand, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice, or paid and the plan did not activate, email support@numbrief.com within 7 days and we will correct it or refund the amount to the original payment method.
7. Custom reports
Custom work is quoted separately. Scope, price and delivery are agreed in writing before any work begins.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or properties you have no right to;
- attempt to bypass plan limits, trial limits or security controls;
- scrape, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service without our written consent;
- use the service in breach of any law or of Google's API terms.
9. Ownership
Your data stays yours, and the reports you generate are yours to use and share. Numbrief, its software, templates and design remain our property.
10. Accuracy and availability
Reports are built from data supplied by Google's APIs, which can be delayed, sampled, revised or unavailable. Reports are for information only and are not professional advice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Numbrief and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at YOUR CITY, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
